Nutrition can be a minefield, so it’s not surprising if we don’t know quite what we should be doing. There seems to be a lot of conflicting advice out there, and the headlines are often very confusing and contradictory.

One day we should be avoiding coffee, and the next day it’s a superfood! Or red wine is good for our heart and we should enjoy it every day; and then we read that drinking alcohol every day will shorten your lifespan.
